C-24 Sequencing Primer is a chemically synthesized, 24 base, single strand oligodeoxyribonucleotide designed for dsDNA or ssDNA sequencing of FLAG^® fusion proteins at the C-terminus of E. coli pFLAG expression vectors.

Sequencing primers are used for double-stranded DNA sequencing of inserts in bacterial FLAG expression vectors.
The C-24 sequencing primer is suitable for sequencing from the C-terminus of E. coli pFLAG expression vectors.

The primer is supplied at an initial concentration of 5 uM in 1xTE buffer. The nucleotide sequence is as follows: 5′
