Reactive Yellow 3-agarose has been used in immunohistochemical localization studies to show where tyramine N-(hydroxycinnamoyl)transferase (THT) polypeptides occur in opium poppy. Reactive Yellow-agarose has also been used to purify human cholesteryl ester transfer protein. |
